Managing Partner
Stephen is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at BPGC. He is responsible for all aspects of the firm and investment management.

Previously, Stephen served as Global Head of Private Equity and Senior Managing Partner at Invesco Private Capital and WL Ross & Co. Stephen has also worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Restructuring Group at Rothschild Inc. and in the Public Finance Group at O'Brien Partners Inc.

Stephen has served on the boards of Amalgamated Bank, Plascar Participacoes SA and Exco Resources Inc. (public companies) as well as Compagnie Europeenne de Wagons, Kansal Sawayaka Bank, International Automotive Components Group, Marquls Who's Who LLC, and Permian Basin Materials LLC.

Stephen graduated summa cum laude with a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Albany.
Nadim is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at BPGC, overseeing the firm's operations and leading its investment activities.
​
Previously, Nadim served as Managing Partner at Invesco Private Capital and WL Ross & Co.
​
Prior to that, Nadim was a Partner at Quinparlo Partners. He was a member of the senior executive team that led the restructuring and transformation of Solutia from a bankrupt commodity producer to a highly profitable specialty chemicals business until its sale to Eastman Chemical in 2012. Prior to Solutia, Nadim worked at Arthur D. Little and Charles River Associates.

Nadim has previously served as a Member of the Board for International Seaways (NYSE:INSW), Chairman of Diamond S Shipping (NYSE:DSSI) and a Member of the Board of Nexeo Solutions (NASDAQ:NXEO).

Nadim graduated with a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and a M.Sc. in Macromolecular Science from Case Western Reserve University. He also earned an MBA from Northwestern University.

Nick Peterson
Principal
Nick is a Principal at BPGC, and is responsible for all aspects of transaction sourcing and execution.
​
His past private equity experience has been focused on special situations, distressed and turnaround investments at firms including Platinum Equity, WL Ross & Co., and Lantern Asset Management. Prior to that, Nick worked in investment banking at Moelis and Citi. He began his career in the financial advisory group at PFM.
​
Nick has previously served on the Board of Directors of School Specialty Inc.
​
Nick graduated with a B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance and Management from Saint Francis University. He also earned a M.Sc. in Finance from Villanova University.
Brooke is currently a summer MBA Intern at BPGC.
​
Previously, Brooke worked as the Manager of Business and Administration at Crossover Solutions, a manufacturing consultancy firm. She has also held various roles at Construction Distribution & Supply, and The Gourmet Group of Companies. ​
​
Brooke is currently completing her MBA at the University of Toronto, and holds a Honours B.Comm. in Global Management from Ryerson University, and a Certificate of Specialization in Accounting and Finance from Harvard Business School Online.
